Divine and blessed Holy Spirit, when I speak to You I am speaking to my authentic Self…for we are One. Gratitude overflows! Creation has brought this mind and body into existence and experience provides for me to continually awaken into my True nature and purpose. Help me to recognize and feel into the layers of discordant energies within. May they be released and transformed, that the flow of Life’s Loving energy fills my every thought and deed. May I listen to the hearts of others, feel into their pains and cries for Love, while being a gentle and compassionate presence of support as we all make our way Home.
